Sofche Jovanovska is the Executive Identity Architect behind Executive Identity & Decision Architecture (EI&DA™) and the founder of executive-identity.com. She works as a private advisor to owner-CEOs, founders, board chairs, and senior executives across the Balkans, the European Union, and the United States.

She is the originator and author of the EI&DA™ methodology and the foundational text *Executive Identity & Decision Architecture: Authority, Closure, and Leadership Beyond Load*.

- **25 years at the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia**, in senior operational and leadership capacities
- **3 years as Chief of Cabinet to the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs**, North Macedonia
- **6 years as General Manager at Scalefocus**, a regional technology firm operating across Southeast Europe
- **20+ years of concurrent board-level service** across banking, telecommunications, payments infrastructure, employment, ICT, and youth development sectors

This combination — operating leadership at the chamber level, governmental cabinet experience, private-sector general management, and sustained governance work — produced the cross-sector pattern recognition from which the EI&DA™ methodology was distilled.
