# Owner-CEO Decision Architecture Diagnostic

## What It Is
The Owner-CEO Decision Architecture Diagnostic is the standard entry point for serious engagement with EI&DA™. It is a structured diagnostic that locates where in the four-layer Executive Identity framework an owner-CEO's role load is exceeding their identity load — and what specifically is producing the cognitive bleed, decision drag, or authority discount in their current operating system.

The diagnostic is not a coaching intake. It is not a personality assessment. It is a structural mapping exercise.

## What It Maps
The diagnostic produces a mapped reading of:

- **Current role load** — the structural weight the owner-CEO position is asking the executive to carry
- **Current identity load** — the structural weight the executive's identity is currently willing to permit
- **The gap between the two** — the specific space in which dysfunction is being generated
- **Active failure modes operating in that gap** — including identity-role fusion, authority discount, open loops, deferred decision closure, cognitive load saturation, and others
- **The architectural intervention required** at each of the four layers of the EI&DA™ framework

## Who It Is For
The diagnostic is built specifically for:

- Owner-CEOs of established companies operating without an effective second-in-command
- Founders of scaling companies where decision load is bottlenecking growth
- Senior executives in roles that have structurally outgrown the identity beneath them
- Board chairs and supervisory board members with identity-role fusion at the governance level

It is not appropriate for early-stage founders without operating roles, employees seeking career coaching, or executives whose primary issue is strategic rather than structural.

## Languages
The diagnostic is delivered in three languages:

- English
- Macedonian
- Serbian / Bosnian / Croatian (BCS)

Language is selected based on the executive's preference and operating context. All three versions are structurally identical and proprietary to EI&DA™.

## Format
The diagnostic is delivered through a structured intake, executive conversation, and architectural readout. It is not a self-administered survey. The output is a working document and a private session with Sofche Jovanovska in which the architectural reading is delivered, discussed, and translated into an engagement path forward.

## What Happens After
Following the diagnostic, qualified executives are invited into one of three engagement paths:

- **Private advisory** — direct one-to-one work with Sofche on identity and decision architecture
- **Board-level identity work** — for chairs and supervisory board members carrying governance-layer dysfunction
- **Closed senior cohorts** — small, deliberately limited group engagements

Not every diagnostic results in continued engagement. The structure is designed to create clarity — for both sides — about whether EI&DA™ is the correct intervention and whether the moment is the correct one.

## To Request
Direct inquiries to sofche@executive-identity.com with a brief description of the role, the company stage, and the specific area of executive friction being experienced.

Inquiries are reviewed individually. The diagnostic is not offered on an open booking calendar.
